Returns Policy

We apologise for any inconvenience if there is an issue regarding our products. 

We try our best to check all individual products before posting them out. 

Unfortunately some faulty products might slip through from time to time, unintentionally. 

But we are all about finding a solution so your experience with FMX All Star remains a positive one. 

*Also please note our figurines are custom hand painted to give them character. So they aren’t identical and there may be some discrepancies between each product.

We currently don’t offer refunds on our products. 

We are committed to providing our customers with a high quality product. 

Apparel 

If you've ordered the wrong apparel size, we are happy to exchange your products and re-send you the correct size. 
Please email us at sales@fmxallstar.com to let us know which size you actually need. 
You'll also need to send the incorrect sized products back to us before we send the new ones. 
Please email the registered tracking number to sales@fmxallstar.com so we can get your new products on their way. 

 

Motocross Accessories

If your product is broken or faulty, we are more than happy to send a replacement product. Please send the following to sales@fmxallstar.com so your claim can be assessed. 

  • Photos of the fault 
  • Clear description of the fault 
  • Photo of your original invoice 

  • We aim to have your claim processed within 48 hours of receiving your email. 

    If you would like to exchange your product for a different product, it must be returned in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition (unless faulty). *Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your replacement product. 

    Please email the registered tracking number to sales@fmxallstar.com so we can get your new products on their way. 

     

    Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange the goods.
